岗位职责:
1. 根据办事处需求，制定要货计划；
According to the service office demand, Make the material plan;
2. 协调生产计划、物控，跟进备件订单供货情况；
Coordinate with production planning, material control, follow up the supply position of spare parts order
3. 管理从接到办事处需求到收到物料的全流程，统计分析库存、供货数据，并优化；
Management from receiving office needs to receive materials of the whole process, the statistical analysis of inventory, supply data, and optimization
4. 不断优化库存结构达成库存管理目标,提高物料使用；
Constantly optimize the inventory structure to achieve management objectives, and improve the material used
5. 执行停产产品的储备和新产品的安全库存；
Implement stop production reserve and the safety stock of new products
6. 接口备件海外业务
Interface for spare parts business overseas.
任职资格:
1. 本科及以上学历，电子电气或管理类相关专业；
Bachelor degree or above, major in electronic or electrical, mathematics, or management related major;
2. 有2年以上计划、库存管理、客户订单管理等相关工作经验;
More than 2 years working experience in planning, Inventory management and customer order management;
3. 英语听说写良好，CET-4以上；
Good English in listening，speaking and writing, CET - 4 above
4. 有良好的协调、沟通能力，有良好的学习能力和服务精神。
Good coordination and communication skills, good learning ability and spirit of service
5. 有良好的数据统计分析和PPT汇报能力
Good statistical analysis and PPT presentation skills.
