1. 参与新项目开发阶段可靠性测试标准的评估与制定
Participate in the evaluation and formulation of reliability test standards in the development stage of the new projects.
2. 对新产品特性、功能、性能等参数制定有效验证标准与测试方法；
Establish effective verification standards and test methods for the characteristics, functions, performance of the new products.
3. 对可靠性测试数据进行分析及风险评估，提出产品改进意见或建议； Analysis and risk assessment of test data, put forward the suggestions for product improvement if there is any risk.
4. 对测试相关问题的跟进，配合设计工程师及其他相关部门参与异常改善，确保新产品能够顺利通过试产并进入量产阶段；
Follow up the test issues, cooperate with DE and other relevant departments to participate in abnormal improvement, ensure the new product can be pass pilot run and MP smoothly.
5. 对电子变压器/电感器及汽车电子等行业各测试标准要求的收集、更新，并转化为内部标准；
Collect and update the testing standard of transformer / inductor and electronic products, then transform it into our internal standards.
6. 根据测试标准编制/优化具体的测量操作指引，为内部实验室测试人员提供指导；
Formulate and optimize the specific operation guidelines according to test standard, and provide technical guidance for lab tester.
7. 为新产品开发提供详细的可靠性测试计划与实际数据报告；
Provide the detailed reliability test plan and test report for new product development.
8. 根据产品需求和研发设计规格等统筹研发验证方案；不断学习和优化验证方法，完善内部检验规范；
According to the product requirements and design specifications to develop verification program; constantly learn and optimize the verification method, improve the internal inspection specification.
9. 对样品室的相关检测设备/仪器的管理；
Management of testing equipment / instruments in sample lab.
10. 完成上级交办的其他任务;
Complete the other tasks assigned by leader.

任职资格要求/Job Requirement :
1. 专科及以上学历，电子电气相关专业，具有3年以上电子变压器或电源产品测试工作经验；College degree or above, major in electronics and electrical, with more than 3 years of testing experience in electronic transformer or power supply.
2. 熟悉电子变压器及电源产品行业测试标准，熟练操作相关测试仪器、以及简易障碍处理；
Familiar with transformer and power industry test standards, can skillfully operate the relevant tester, as well as simple fault handling.
3. 熟悉汽车电子产品可靠性测试标准，能够进行检测方案的制定与评估，具有MSA数据分析能力；
Familiar with automotive electronic reliability test standard, able to make and evaluate test scheme, with MSA data analysis ability.
4. 熟悉IATF16949/AECQ-20/IEC61558/IEC60664等体系的测试相关标准要求；
Familiar with IATF16949/AECQ-20/IEC61558/IEC60664 testing standards.
5. 良好的英语书写能力；能熟练操作Office、CAD等办公软件；
Good reading and writing English level, able to operate the CAD and other office software.
6．较强的沟通能力和理解能力，原则性强，有责任心，工作积极主动；
Have strong communication and understanding ability, strong principle, sense of responsibility, work actively.
