Responsibilities:
- In charge of daily recruiting activities of different level of positions for specific Business Units/functional department;
- Update PD (position Description) by coordinating with hiring manager to ensure accurate position information.
- Manage talent pool and retention for new hired.
- Control and reduce recruiting cost, shorten cycle time with high efficiency and quality.
- Compile and submit recruiting reports accurately and punctually as required.
- Assist in maintaining and developing effective selection tools to ensure hiring quality and in legal.
- Provide positive/satisfied customer experience to external candidates and internal clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources management, English or related disciplines.
- 3 years’ experience in recruitment or human resources field; previous MNC exposures are preferable.
- Good written and oral English communication skills.
- Ability to meet standard measurements of success for recruitment such as, cycle time, hit accuracy, diversity goals, client satisfaction, and cost/time to hire standards.
- Responsible, patient, self-motivated, and detail oriented, with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
