岗位职责：
1、Plan and organize the build out of machinery, tools and processes within the prototype lab

2、Demonstrate the ability to produce high quality models and prototypes

3、Plan and prioritize work to maximize the use of available budgets, time and materials

4、Define and implement DOE to tackle technical issues on tooling/material/product construction/geometry & aesthetic/process parameter

5、Maintain consistent productivity, quality, and timely delivery or projects
保持稳定的生产力、质量和及时交付项目。
6、Document and implement best practices within the workshop to ensure a safe and standards compliant working environment
记录并实施车间内的***做法，以确保一个安全和符合标准的工作环境
7、Cultivate a network of local suppliers, vendors and partners
培养当地的供应商、供货商和合作伙伴网络
8、Meet customer’s requirements through clear communication and timely responding.
通过清晰的沟通和及时的回应，满足客户的要求。
9、Summarize and present data to customers regarding manufacturing, vendor and field complaints. Make recommendations for engineering evaluation toward problem elimination.
总结并向客户介绍有关制造、供应商和现场投诉的数据。为工程评估提出建议，以消除问题。
岗位要求：
1、Degree qualification would be seen to be a advantage.in mechanical engineering, electronic engineering or equivalent
机械工程、电子工程或同等专业优先。
2、Minimum of 3 years’ experience with technical, engineering & manufacturing
至少有3年的技术、工程和制造方面的经验
3、Experience in machine operations (manual / Numerically controlled designed and manufacturing

4、Background in Craftsmanship and attention to detail would be highly regarded

5、CAD & CAM expertise required（UG preferred）

6、Computer skills, keynote, PPT, excel.

7、Excellent command of English, speaking, writing, listening;

8、Good presentation and communication skills
