岗位职责：
1.Standard Setting: setting the quality control plan and WOI when something changed in mass production and revision the related quality documents.

2.Judgement for the incoming materials, and feedback the quality condition to SQE in time.

3.Process control: Analyze the defect parts and process capability, can provide the analysis report for these activity.

4.Complain fixed: Analyze the customer returned parts follow our returned parts analysis procedure and provide the analysis report, closed communication with customer to fix the complaint case.

5.Corrective and preventive actions: Follow up the progress of correct actions for process continue improvement and complain

6.Change management: handle the related change management in mass production



任职要求

1. College degree or above, skilled computer operation;

2. 3+ years’experience of quality management, automobile industry is preferred;

3. Major in machinery or electronics (electronics is preferred);

4. Experience in dealing with problems of Production Quality and Customer Quality;

5. Good knowledge in Quality Control and process improvement.

6. Know-how of ISO TS 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC and MSA, etc.

7. Familiar with relation quality continuous improvement tools like kaizen and 6 sigma, etc.

8. Skilled in the use of quality tools like DOE, 8D and 5Why, etc.

9. Good oral English is preferred.
