秋时电子（深圳）有限公司是一家由以色列外商投资的外商独资企业，于1988年在香港注册成立，1996年在深圳建厂投入生产经营。公司成立29年以来，从几十人发展到今天超过1000人的规模，成为在华最大的以色列外企之一，曾受到深圳市刘庆生副市长、广东省副省长袁宝成的亲切接见和高度认可！

因业务发展，2017年3月，公司于东莞松山湖全资设立秋时电子科技（东莞）有限公司。2017年12月12日，秋时电子科技(东莞)有限公司举行隆重的开业庆典。秋时东莞公司的开业，是秋时发展里程碑的又一重大事记。东莞市委常委、松山湖高新技术开发区党工委书记黄少文，以色列总领事馆总领事南可安等领导出席了庆典仪式!

我公司为世界100强企业：美国强生、美敦力及联合利华等生产制造各种心脏传感器、呼吸系统导管、美容仪等高端医疗产品，主要出口到欧美、日本、韩国等发达国家市场，业务处于不断上升趋势。2011年在以色列建立研发团队，和客户共同研发高端医疗产品，并计划将来拥有自主知识产权。

Quasar Electronics (shenzhen) Co.,Ltd is an offshore contract manufacturer providing full turnkey services to international customers. Established in 1988 in Hong Kong by Israel expats.The manufacturing facility was established in Shenzhen,China in 1996.Since the company established 29 years, Quasar has evolved from a small-sized business with dozens of employees to over 1,000 employees,now being known as one of the biggest Israel-funded foreign companies in China,Quasar is highly recognized by SZ Vice Mayor Mr.Liu Qingsheng.

Due to business development, Quasar exclusively invests a company, Quasar Electronics Technology (Dongguan) Co., Ltd, in Songshanhu in March 2017. Quasar Dongguan held the grand opening ceremony on December 12, 2017, which is a milestone in Quasar history. Mr.Huang Shaowen, the Secretary of the Dongguan Municipal Committee and the Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Songshanhu high-tech development area, and Mr.Nadav Cohen, the Consul General of the Israel Consulate General, attended the celebration ceremony!

Quasar supplies a variety of high-end medical products such as heart sensors, respiratory system ducts and cosmetic products etc.for Fortune 100 companies such as J&J, Medtronic and Unilever etc,and the product is exported to developed country markets like Europe,the United States,Japan and Korea etc. Quasar build own R&D team to work with customers to research and develop high-end medical products in Israel in 2011,and plan to have our own intelligence Property in future.
